Meet Rory, the latest addition to our family. We rescued Rory from the animal shelter after many weeks of looking for the perfect new companion for Blue. In case you can’t tell, Rory is also an Australian Shepherd and is about 3 years old. We didn’t intentionally look for another Aussie, in fact Kelsi wanted another Akita mix or a dog with a fuzzy or curly tail. When we visited the shelter it was immediately obvious Rory had picked us out. Rory came over and quietly sat next to us and was immediately friendly and gentle with the girls. He just knew he was the one for us.  A red/tri-color mix, he is the perfect complement to Blue. And don’t make fun of his ears, he car hear whatever you are saying about him from miles away!
